November 19 · PARSATI MAJIWe discovered this new South Indian gem on El Camino and are so glad we gave it a try! 😍 The restaurant’s interiors are warm, elegant, and inviting, and the space seemed impeccably clean. The staff were very friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu, offering great recommendations. They seem to have a great mix of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Everything we tried was flavorful, authentic, and had a comforting, home-cooked taste. We ordered their mutton biryani, parotta, kadai chicken and paneer curry for entrees, and Filter Coffee Tiramisu for dessert. The biryani was perfectly spiced, with tender, juicy meat and came with Dalcha (instead of the usual salan) which was a unique, nice touch I haven’t seen any other restaurants around the bay offer👌🏾The parottas were fresh, crispy, and paired perfectly with the spicy kadai chicken and creamy paneer curry. But the real star of them all was the Filter Coffee Tiramisu! OMG! The coffee flavor wasn’t overpowering, and the dessert was wonderfully balanced—a perfect end to the meal 🤤This place is ideal for a relaxed dinner with family and friends, and we cannot wait to go back!! 🤩
