Came here on a Sunday to order to-go, my first impression was super clean! We were helped quickly by the lady behind the counter. She was very sweet and courteous. She was generous with the toppings, I didn’t need to ask for more. She even let us pick our own Happy Gilmore 2 cup! The sandwiches were very delicious! Will definitely be coming back to this spot

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at SubwayI recently visited my local Subway and had an incredibly frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a sandwich that tasted terrible, and when I returned to the store hoping to resolve the issue, I was met with indifference and poor customer service.I had initially ordered a wrap, but it was dry and unappetizing. I asked to exchange it for the same sandwich, just on regular bread instead. To my dismay, I was informed of a new policy that required me to purchase another sandwich, despite my valid concerns about the quality of the food I had already paid for. It was disheartening to see that they were unwilling to accommodate a customer who was clearly dissatisfied.The staff's attitude made the situation even worse. One employee had pink eye, which was unsettling, and rather than addressing my concerns, they walked away while I was still talking. I requested to speak with a manager, but instead of helping me, they told me to come back on Monday, refusing to escalate the matter right then and there.Overall, I am livid about my experience. I spent $13 on a sandwich that tasted awful, and the lack of concern from the staff was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I hope this review serves as a warning to others about the poor quality of food and service at this Subway location. I will not be returning, and I urge others to consider their options before spending their hard-earned money here.

I would give 5 stars, but I came here with a cupon and asked the lady if It would work. Knowingly, this subway participated cause it said down below the restaurants that didn't the lady said they did, but just for a few, so I asked here if I could get the one with chicken then she said I had to pay extra money for it I tried explaining but she didn't understand and then I told her she could toast the sandwich after putting the toppings on she said it's already tosted and no, P.S She didn't ask us if we wanted to dine in and gave us to go but she asked everyone else after
