The old woman or señora that was there in the night shift of today’s June 4 around 9 pm gave me this Sunday hot fudge that its barely an empty cup she said that is how is served and I showed her the picture it is not how the cup is usually servedI paid 5 dollars and you can’t even serve it the right and fair way is almost empty! Her attitude was disrespectful and condescending and she was extremely racist for no reason and she just won’t serve it again or let other people try to help me and denied a refund she was evil and diabolical is because of people like her that ruined everything

The last comfortable Mickey Dee's in Silicon Valley! No self-serve drinks, which is unfortunate, but the seating and the temperature are both ideal. It was around 9 pm at this exact McDonalds location!!!! I always order the 2 cheeseburger combo . Every time I go to a different location of McDonald’s I order this combo & ask for extra pickles . Those other locations don’t listen except for this one. I said extra pickles & they basically gave me exactly what I asked for . I went to the drive-through and still had to wait for my food for about at least 20 minutes. The manager there is Xavier, which took forever to go get my receipt when I asked for my receipt and the other shift manager I believe that was there another Mexican guy that was there was very disrespectful and didn’t want to give me his name as well as they are not wearing their Name tags so I can be able to make sure that I have the rifle name when I make the complaint I shouldn’t be treated like this if I was a customer buying food for my dinner when I just got off of work
