Although I don't frequent fast food restaurants, this McDonald's location impresses me with their consistency both in food quality and speed of order fulfillment, kindness, empathy and customer service.Every time I go to this location, I leave completely happy. There are never any delays after ordering, any employees with bad attitudes. In fact, in my most recent visit, they went above and beyond by asking me if I wanted any additional sauces for no charge as an apology for the long wait in the drive-thru (as if it were their fault, which of course it was not). Even though the drive-thru was completely packed, I was driving away with my food in 5 minutes.

McDonald’s keeps offering 0.99 for any large ice/hot coffee but today when I went they were unable to offer me the advertised deal. The driver thru cashier kept telling me that here system wouldn’t let her, and was charging me 0.50 for sugar free syrup. Something so simple turned into a traumatic experience and I will never be coming back to this McDonalds. Please train your managers and cashier better. Please invest in security as homeless are always at the drive thru harassing customers. All bad.

McDonalds has been moving towards ordering on machines and unfortunately not staffing their registers. My usual order is not available on the machine and there is never anyone staffing the register so I can no longer get my regular meal. In addition, if an employee walks by, they frequently say "not my responsibility" and don't bother finding someone to help.The service has just gone so far downhill.

Drive-thru is always quick and never had an issue with my order. Only complaint is that the quality is not consistent, sometime the fries, burgers & nuggets taste super fresh, other times it all tastes old and microwaved.

This location was renovated and they removed the fountain machine. If you want a refill, now you have to ask for it.Expect to see a homeless person somewhere in the parking lot. This is normal for this neighborhood.
