May 25 · Shashank MauryaMore than 50% of eateries were closed on a Saturday and the eatery I did order from is taking over 30mins to send out my food. I’m still sitting here waiting for the food I already paid for and I have no idea when it’ll be out nor do I know which space/door it will come out from. This might be cool space for people start their restaurant dreams but it’s horrible for customers. Sofa market is a thousand times better.Update: finally got my food 45mins after I order. I ordered a thin crust pizza and it’s not what I received.

April 06 · Ania NHomeless people congregate. No control over the common area. My order was 45 minutes late, a kitchen forgot it, but it was upstairs out of view so i couldn't check on it. Left without food. They did refund the order a day later but even refunded the wrong order ( slightly less money). They need some kind of host to communicate with the kitchens, and keep homeless people in check. Never again.
July 27 · Brian BulkowskiThis is not a reflection of the businesses operating here but rather the concept overall. This is a cool idea in theory for a community focused resource poorly executed and completely ruined by tech. You can smell the venture capital stronger than you can smell food cooking. You try to place an order from a real person while 10 DoorDash/uber eats delivery drivers cut in front of you to grab delivery orders. You’re then sent to a faceless touch screen to order. There is no soul or feeling of authenticity in the experience. This place is not intended to serve the downtown community but rather supplement delivery app corporations using ghost kitchens disguised as a fun food hall. Sell this business to the local operators, run it as a coop, lose the tech and delivery app focused model, and transform it into a real community asset. It has potential.
