Strawberry pie was almost $4 a piece. It was really DRY, strawberry was like a fruit rollup. The enjoy by stickers were REMOVED. That’s messed up! They sold me a bad item. My daughter didn’t want to go to that location because she says they are slow. I waited at the window for over a minute until someone came to the window to collect my payment (I thought I was at the wrong window at first). Disappointed.

Plain rude. One of their folks (can't tell if he's a regular staff, or contractor, or landscaper) shouted at me and my dog to keep off the grass path when we were waiting for so long for our "to go" order to be delivered to us outside. We had the decency to wait outside since I have my dog with me, and were keeping him well under control, so this shouting to a customer was just plain rude and uncalled for. I would encourage the owners of this establishment to get their act together to the level where 1) their customers don't have to be kept waiting excessively long outside for their orders, and 2) their staff have a modicum of courtesy (i.e. no need for rude gestures and shouting).
