DO NOT RECOMMEND! I placed two pickup orders for me and my fiancé. When I went in to get them, no one greeted me, so I waited. After a while I asked one of the workers about my order and he just pointed to the other guy, who wasn’t paying attention. When the second worker finally came over, I told him I had two pickup orders. He asked “both?” and I said yes. I showed him my order confirmation, and after I confirmed my own order, he still didn’t give it to me — he just went back to working.I had to call my fiancé to come inside, and when he did, the worker was rude and made him zoom in on his confirmation like he didn’t believe us. He even said he didn’t care if we were mad. The whole thing was embarrassing, unprofessional, and honestly felt racist. I paid for my food and was treated like I was trying to steal. This location really needs better customer service and training.

Horrible food. Doesn’t even have all the ingredients listed in the menu item description. Everything simply has a bunch of lettuce dumped on it. Don’t eat here!!!!

There was an old Caucasian man taking and giving out the orders. He was really rude and giving out the orders really late. One of the guys from the kitchen gave me an extra ranch as the one I paid for the lid wasn't working. Right away, the old man started charging me for the 2 ranch they gave, saying it in a really rude mode. 66 cents for a super small portion of ranch. I ordered only 1 sandwich & 3 cheesticks, and it took them over 30 minutes to get my order ready. He caucasian guy gave a really bad service! Don't recommend it!!

Been a frequent costumer but the food was nasty this time. Ordered bacon & cheese fries like always. Im sure the bacon was raw. It was stuck together and it was super cold. Not even crispy.The lady argued it was fine. I know raw when I see one, I cook for a living. Just tossed it. Waste of $5. Not coming back.

First time ordering from Charley's and we were not impressed!It lacked flavor, we hardly noticed any cheese and it was cold too. Even though only 5-8 mins have passed from picking up our order to sitting down to eat. Also, the bread was not freshly baked, it was toasted and partly burned. Very disappointing!Also, I was contacted by management about " making it right" all I got was empty promises. It's all good, I'll just be faithful to Jersey Mike's across the street.
